Coal Mountain Panjo is located in Cumming, Georgia, about 50 miles north of Atlanta in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains. Coal Mountain is a small, but growing community between Dawsonville, Georgia and Cumming, Georgia. After many years of research, I developed the panjo which is similar to many of the stringed instruments of 1800's Appalachia.
